In addition to livetimer, another great time tracking application to look at is TSheets.com.

With Jott.com integration, clock in/out via SMS, an iPhone mobile time tracking application along with our integrations with numerous accounting packages, there's something for every professional at TSheets.

Thanks for the note - do you think TSheets.com will be integrated with
Clarity Accounting one day? Do you have an API?

Good article! My company switched to Macs a couple years ago and have not looked back. We find Macs to be more robust and provide a better user experience than Windows. And, as you point out, there's very little you can't do on a Mac thanks to SaaS.

By the way, Fluid is a great free utility that can be used to create site specific browsers (SSBs) for any web application. SSBs help web apps feel more like desktop apps: they run without all the browser "chrome" (toolbars, menus, etc.), they display their own application icon in your dock, run in their own process for improved stability, and can even display event notifications. For instance, our time tracking service displays the time of the active running timer on its dock badge when running as a Fluid SSB.

Thanks for the tip about Fluid - Windows users can do this using
    Google Chrome, too.

Glad you like it ... there's plenty more where that came from.
Actually I've found that http://www.feedmyapp.com is the best
directory for SaaS apps I've found so far.
